How to use

As a food supplement take 1 full pipette daily (containing 1000 iu Vitamin D3 and 75mcg Vitamin K2) for wellbeing support. Increase to 2-3 pipettes daily if required. Take directly under tongue, diluted in water or add to your breakfast bowl or smoothie.
