Magnesium is generally recommended as a supplement so I thought I would give these a try. They are very easy to swallow and I take two a bedtime. I have had trouble sleeping in recent years but I think these are helping me to relax and sleep better. Definitely worth my recommendation.

I really like the ethos of this company and love their products. I ordered 2 of the super me+. About 8 days after starting taking this, I noticed that my frequent toe and foot cramps had almost stopped. Maybe it was the magnesium? If I was being picky, I would say that the container is far too big for the amount of actual tablets. I could easily get the amount of 2 containers into 1. Will buy more.

I love that they come in a capsule form as it just makes it so much easier to take when you wake up in the morning! I felt much calmer when taking them and didn't get so many anxiety spikes or stress in my days when taking them. I took this product for the contents of one container which was a gift and must say I felt very serene. I have taken some supplements separately from another company and didn't quite have the same effect plus these are very easy on the digestive system.
I've only given it a four as the container was rather large for the amount of tablets it contained........

I loved taking these “super me” little helpers every day. Made me stop and focus for a moment, breathe and feel empowered. I am a very busy mum of two small children, working full time. Generally quite stressed as always running and with so much to deal with daily, but I found that these supplements really helped me feeling calmer and more resilient. A natural boost to start and carry you through the day.
I found these very easy to take, keeping them at my bedside. I quickly adopted the ritual of taking them first thing in the morning and taking them with a full glass of water on an empty stomach is a positive cleansing practice too. The fact they are in a soft capsule form for me makes them easier to swallow than many other supplements with the added benefit of no offensive smell or after taste. They are definitely worth a try.
