I like the product - but my issue is with the customer service - I ordered 2x balance drops in error, instead of 1x balance and 1x slumber- as soon as I realised, which was moments after checking out. I emailed customer services. They advised that they would amend my order, instead 2x balance arrived.
I have emailed twice to mention the amendment was not made - have not received a reply. Disappointed.
